Ingredients :
2 C macaroni noodle
1/2 c diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced green bell pepper
1 green onion finely chopped
1/2 c grated carrots
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise (make your own mayonnaise)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Methods:
-Cooking macaroni according to methods . Drain pasta. Put apart.
-In a bowl, blending mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
-In a large bowl, place the pasta. Then the vegetables. Next, the sauce. Mix well. Covering &
refrigerate for 2-4 h before serving.
